3. Copyright Infringement Notification

A copyright owner or authorized representative may submit a notification of claimed infringement.

To facilitate review, the notification should contain the information required by applicable law, including:

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Track A Plane to locate the material.

5. What Happens After a Valid Notice

When Track A Plane receives a properly submitted copyright complaint, we may review the complaint and the identified material.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, Track A Plane may:

• Remove or restrict access to material.
• Notify the user who submitted the material.
• Request additional information.
• Take other appropriate action.

Submission of a notice does not guarantee removal.

6. Counter-Notification

If material was removed or access was restricted because of a copyright complaint, the affected user may have the right to submit a counter-notification under applicable law.

A counter-notification should contain the information required by applicable law, which may include:

• Identification of the material that was removed or restricted and its prior location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good-faith belief that the material was removed or restricted because of mistake or misidentification.
• The user’s name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court as required by law.
• A statement accepting service of process from the complaining party.
• A physical or electronic signature.

7. Repeat Infringers

Track A Plane may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or otherwise violate intellectual-property policies.

8. Misrepresentations

Copyright owners and users should submit only accurate information.

Knowingly making materially false statements concerning alleged copyright infringement or the authorization to act may have legal consequences.

9. Other Intellectual-Property Complaints

Not every intellectual-property dispute is a copyright matter.

10. Copyright and User Content

Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload or submit to Track A Plane does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property rights.

• Manufacturer materials.
• Brochures.
• Technical documents.
• Advertisements.
• Videos.
• Written descriptions.
• Other copyrighted materials.

11. Policy Changes

Track A Plane may update this policy as necessary to reflect changes in law, technology, or marketplace operations.
