Information in a listing is supplied by the listing user unless expressly identified as information supplied by Track A Plane.
Track A Plane may review listings for compliance with marketplace requirements, completeness, formatting, prohibited content, or other reasons.
Listing review does not constitute an inspection, appraisal, certification, verification of ownership, verification of airworthiness, verification of parts traceability, or guarantee of the accuracy of the listing.
Aircraft listings may contain information relating to aircraft specifications, equipment, maintenance, times, ownership, location, pricing, photographs, documents, and other information.
Users understand that aircraft information can change after a listing is created.
Aircraft availability, pricing, configuration, maintenance status, equipment, location, and other information should be independently confirmed with the seller.
Track A Plane does not guarantee the airworthiness, condition, maintenance status, title, ownership, regulatory compliance, or suitability of any aircraft.
Track A Plane may provide a Parts Exchange through which suppliers may list aviation parts and buyers may search for available inventory.
Part condition descriptions may include terms such as:
Condition terminology may have different meanings depending on the seller, manufacturer, maintenance organization, database, or applicable industry standard.
A condition code or description displayed on Track A Plane is not, by itself, proof of airworthiness, traceability, certification, eligibility for installation, or regulatory compliance.
Buyers are responsible for verifying applicable documentation, traceability, certification, condition, compatibility, applicability, and installation eligibility before purchasing or installing any part.
Track A Plane may display aviation-related real estate, including hangars, airport property, facilities, land, offices, and other property.

Track A Plane does not guarantee employment, qualifications, compensation, employment conditions, background information, or the accuracy of a job listing or candidate profile.
Employers and candidates are responsible for their own hiring decisions and compliance with applicable employment laws.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You must notify Track A Plane promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide the content and grant this license.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

TRACK A PLANE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS, USERS, SELLERS, BUYERS, AIRCRAFT, PARTS, PROPERTIES, SERVICES, JOBS, OR OTHER CONTENT ARE ACCURATE, AUTHENTIC, SAFE, LEGAL, AVAILABLE, OR SUITABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACK A PLANE AND RS AVIATION GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR A TRANSACTION BETWEEN USERS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF A PAID SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRACK A PLANE FOR THAT SERVICE DURING THE APPLICABLE PERIOD GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RS Aviation Group LLC, Track A Plane, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
